In comparison to
Zinc alloy, Aluminum alloy has higher melting point and corrosion rate during
die casting process; therefore, cold chamber method is commonly adopted in
forming Aluminum casting. However, there are consequences from cold chamber
method: being difficult of electro-plating and unable to be heat-treated,
which hinder the merit of Aluminum casting. |

to be tested! |

Aluminum-Zinc hot chamber method will
generate revolutionary castings: lighter, stronger, lower coefficient of
friction, higher melting point, able to be electro-plated and reinforced its
strength and elongation by heat-treatment. |
